Dear Steve,

Thank you seems inadequate for our four days with you at Disney and Universal.  You are the very, very best at what you do, and to be honest, I cannot imagine doing Disney or Universal without you.  From the beginning, when I was totally at sea about how to manage, you were calm and oh my goodness…SO PATIENT!  I was worried I wouldn’t be able to do the techie part, but you knew how to help me understand. What I especially appreciated was how free you were with advice when asked, but with no ego if we chose something else (like the Yacht Club over the Beach Resort.) You shepherded all seven of us through Epcot - ALL OF IT - in one half day, You found us snacks that were edible…not so easy at those places and helped us preorder lunch so we didn’t waste time. Then, you managed to get us onto each and every ride in the Magic Kingdom…even the Pirates of the Caribbean which you saw had just opened after being shut down much of the day.  Ari and Ben both loved that. In truth we all loved everything! Finally, we went to Hollywood Studios, and again, the same…every ride and tons of fun all day with no worry.  Moreover, when we needed breaks, it felt as if you had almost built them in!  You are the most professional, kindest, smartest guide I know, and you are funny, too! If I sound like I am overstating to anyone reading this…truly, I am not even telling you half of it.  If you are going to Disney, there is only one way…textyawtour.com!  A million thanks to you for everything!

I am the person  who dreaded the Disney trip-long lines , spending time on an app the whole time , rushing around -no thanks. We decided to take our family for the first time and was introduced to textyawtour and our incredible guide  AMY. The service  was incredible. From two weeks before to the day before to the morning of the trip amy was in constant contact. She was aware it was our first time there and made the trip a breeze. We barely had any lines since all of our lightening lanes were booked efficiently and close to each other. Every detail was worked out. It was such a pleasure to work with her. We were able to all the rides-many twice-meet all characters and most importantly enjoy our time there.  Couldn’t recommend this service enough.

After having traveled to Disney more than 10 times with our three children we've become what I'd call seasoned disney people. 

Especially in recent years the process of getting everything done has become very complicated and stressful..... 

those days are officially OVER since we found Amy at Text Yaw Tour. She quickly proved to this control freak Mom (me;) that I could actually relax and enjoy my day with my family at Disney and still get to do ABSOLUTELY EVERYTHING we wanted.  I can't say enough positive things about Amy and our overall experience with the service. We will never do Disney any other way and I'm incredibly grateful to her for her patience, flexibility kindness and professionalism from start to finish. 5 🌟 all

Absolutely the best way to go for a trip to Disney World, Aimee took the guesswork out of any and all decisions that we had to make, and we really saved hours and  hours of time/hassle. She was always available for any of our ridiculous questions, I can't recommend a service more to anyone. It's a great deal, and well worth saving yourself any agita .

We used Text Yaw Tours for our 2nd trip to Disney. I can't believe I didn't use this service before. Nancy was our tour guide and she was absolutely phenomenal!  The first time we went I was so stressed out with booking each ride. Nancy made it so easy. I only had to text her. We were all able to enjoy every minute of our trip. She took the stress right out. She was so nice to talk to before we got to Disney also. We cannot thank Nancy enough for making our trip beyond memorable. Thank you isn't even enough!  We will be using Text Yaw Tour again and hopefully we can request Nancy again!
